Carola Chard
Principal & CEO
WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE US
If you are hiring anyone to do anything – especially in Executive Search – it always pays to know a little bit about whom you are dealing with. So let me give you a quick heads up on myself. CMCC is based on the initials of my name, Carola Masuch Chard.

I run the company and I am personally involved in every senior position we fill. When you have your own name on the door, you are putting your own reputation on the line, every day and in every way. And that’s a big plus for all our clients. To put it bluntly, the boss works on your business. And I am the person you call when you have a problem. Or when you want to say, “Thanks, the candidate you sent us is working out perfectly.”

Maybe it’s because I am German and a Garment Engineer by training, but I am painstaking in every detail. I really do count the stitches! And after 25 years in the business very little escapes my attention.

I have held senior corporate positions in international companies and successfully managed garment manufacturing and sourcing operations; established new offices and developed new markets in the Philippines, Korea, Indonesia and Hong Kong, where I have been based since 1986.

I founded CMCC, Creative Management and Career Consultants Ltd. in 2009 and we became a member-owner of the global search organization NPAworldwide in 2010. I am currently Director of Asia after having served for two years as Area Manager for Hong Kong and the organizer and host of the Asia Conference in October 2019.

That’s probably enough about me. But you can see some of my CV highlights the opposite.
